They had 1st time visitor parking. Plus plenty of other parking. We were greeted by many. It was easy to find our way into the worship area. There were plenty of places to stop and visit and learn about the church. We were guided to comfortable seats. They had online note taking and scripture for the service. The worship music was loud but not excessive. May not be the place for sensitive ears. Words were easy to understand and were on the screen in big letters. Afterwards, we were given free drink coupons and plenty of people willing to talk. Didn't feel overwhelming. More friendly and interested than anything else. We were engaged by young and old and helped by young and old. Some were assigned greeted. Most seemed to be just interested members. The message delivered was theologically correct, personal, and positive. The only thing I noticed was a bit of conflating of old and new testaments. But that's not unusual for a Christian pastor to see the OT through New Testament eyes. I would come back if I lived in the area. I went to Summit Church for the first time today and will definitely be back! I’ve been church shopping for awhile and I can say I was impressed with the amount of people who said hello, introduced themselves, and made me feel seen. The sermon was great and my son loved the children’s program as well. Can’t wait to go back! Would love to go to the young adult group if childcare ever comes available! Summit Church is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The teaching comes straight from the Bible, and I genuinely feel at home with this church family. Love this place. We found it while visiting, but would love to make it our permanent home Lord Willing. 🩷 this church is small but everyone here is so lovely. they greet you w smiling faces + ACTUALLY ask how you're doing or say good morning or have a good day. you can tell everyone who is involved here really cares about their congregation. also, the main pastor is an AMAZING speaker, definitely his God given talent. UPDATE: everything above is true ! but since it is such a small, tight knit church, it's easy to feel left out. also, the congregation doesn't really fit my demographic (young adult). still, amazing church!
