Me and my family have been attending Countryside Christian Church for about 3 years now. I just realized I have never done a review about it. There are so many great things about this church! Pastor Glen and his son Andrew ( as well as many others) do an amazing job at delivering the word in a easy to relate to way. They all teach straight out of the Bible and always make people feel welcomed and loved. Our son has been attending the youth church there and absolutely loves it. This will be his second year attending the middle school /high school summer camp and he is so excited about it. If you have a high schooler or middle school age child I highly recommend this camp. The first time he went he came back and said he feels closer to God. As a bonus there is a cafe inside of the church. We eat breakfast there every Sunday. They have pastries, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with bacon and toast, breakfast burritos and much more. It's all very good food and very reasonably priced. We always look forward to eating breakfast before church starts. If you're looking for a church that is non-denominational, preaches the good news, and lots of friendly people, this is the church you need to try. We love this church. Everyone is always friendly, the pastor is amazing and carries a well spoken candlelight service was amazing and the choir sung wonderfully songs, everybody knew, and songs we just learned. I would highly recommend this church. We have been attending Countryside Christian Church for almost 6 months now and absolutely love it! The worship team is fantastic and the sermons are always filled with valuable and meaningful messages - the pastors are amazing!! We’ve learned and grown so much in our faith already just in our short time here! ☺️💗 We always feel welcome and have invited numerous family members to attend and they all feel the same. And their podcast is amazing!!! We look forward to getting more involved and coming here for many years to come! ☺️ Countryside Christian Church is amazing!! My family and I all attend on Sundays and Midweek, and it is truly a great place with great leadership. Want to shout out Pastor Marcelo— he has poured into my son and made him feel comfortable going to youth group. All of the pastors at this church are incredible, and we are so grateful for Countryside. This month is officially one year for my husband Wayne and I attending Countryside Christian Church. We now consider it our church family. When we came a year ago for a Wednesday night worship service, our lives changed forever. For me, I felt a genuine sense of belonging. Despite the size, this church, the pastors and it's leaders make you feel so welcome, as if you're visiting family that you haven't seen for a long time. Pastor Glenn Davis is the lead pastor and such a down to earth man. He and his wife Elaine are exceptional stewards of God. He's a rare type of pastor, who leads from the sidelines matching the same challenges we all face in life. The culture he has created here is that "you never walk alone" and he's fostered a sense of peace for the church, knowing, that if you fall, you fall into the hands of people who truly love you. The Co-Pastor is his son, Pastor Andrew, and he is a vessel for deep truths and preaches with a purpose. He has an incredible ability to pull you into the word of God and His message and his passion for the Lord is catchier than his punchlines, it is such a joy to listen to him preaching. Pastor Marcelo is the executive pastor of "next gen" and online. He is an inspiration, especially for our youth. There is an undeniable old soul to the quality of his ministry. He echos great revivalst of the past that captivates and encourages you to dig deep within yourself and confront the person that God is calling you to be. Without hesitation, we quickly signed up for bible study, marriage group, woman's and men's small groups, we've taken the growth track class, volunteered a few times and are currently in Alpha. We're both ready to start serving and do whatever we can to be fully dedicated followers of Christ. Because of this church and the messages we've received from God through the leaders, through the small groups and the fellowship we've experienced here, we both have a new found and deeper love for God and pray His light will shine through us, and everyone we cross paths with.
