I found this church a few months ago and have now made it my home church. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and every sermon is intentional and relatable. I highly recommend those who are strong in their faith or just exploring it! I recently visited this church and loved the people and welcoming atmosphere but found the volume of worship to be uncomfortably loud. While I understand some enjoy a concert like worship experience, I had to leave early due to a headache from the sound levels. A slight adjustment in sound levels could make a BIG difference for people who are more sensitive to volume. I’d love to come back again and possibly make this my home church if the sound levels were brought down a couple notches. It really seems like there is an amazing community here and a lot to offer! This is a great church. I used to listen to the sermons on their website. I live close to this church so I found it on Google maps. I really liked that they pray for understanding before they even tell the message. After a while listening to the sermons for a few months I had a chance to check it out and so I did. This church is really big on actually doing community service and helping people and I am a big believer that I should be doing that. I like that this church challenges me to be a better Christian. To actually serve the people and make a difference and do God's will. As I am not an elderly person I like that the church isn't this full of just elderly people as many churches that I've been to have been. I have just started going to this church but from my impressions they seem to all have a very loving supportive community. A very closely connected church. A family. I had the pleasure of visiting this church in Sarasota over the weekend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The worship was uplifting and filled with powerful, heartfelt music that truly drew me into the presence of God. The message was biblically sound, insightful, and deeply impactful. You can tell this is a church that values truth, community, and authentic worship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Christ-centered and welcoming place to grow in their faith! My favorite thing about Harbour Church is the value for God’s presence and the close runner up is the amazing community!
