Just going to preface this with, we’ve been only once, for the first time, yesterday, looking for a church for our 19yr old daughter to plug in and attend while she goes to UNG. Arrived in the rain to a host team lady dancing outside welcoming people in and singing Forrest Frank song about sunny days (forgive me, I forget the title). LOVE IT! Loved the sermon. It was cast from a different campus, which isn’t my preference, but it was 🔥🔥 even if you don’t have a family (which was the series they were in). Most the church seems to be young families, which sadly my daughter saw very few her age or singles at the 11am service, but many events and things for families. They showed photos from a serve week, which we loved seeing how they were involved in ministry outside of their church. Wonderful! The reason for the 3 and not 5 stars is the music volume. It’s PAINFULLY loud, even with earplugs (which they offer on a table before you enter). If you have a heart condition, seizures, SPD, special needs, nervous system dysregulation, etc - things which we struggle with, this is not the location for you. This is sadly the way so many church worship times are going and we just can’t physically handle it. Very sad. Amazing church. A real passion for the community and people as individuals. Always a good time in the house of the Lord! Smaller more close knit family at this location. Same God, but a more intimate feel This is a solid church. There is no such thing as a perfect church but 12 Stone comes pretty close. They are relevant and invest in serving people and their community and it shows. I love that. A church that is for people for the city for the world for God. What more can you ask for? I have been watching this church from online as their online programming is very good for adults and kids alike. My children love 12Stone online programming and I highly recommend you check them out even if it's just for online service. They do not guilt trip you into giving them offerings which makes one want to support them financially even more. I believe my family and I have found a church we can call home and we look forward to visiting them once we feel it is safe to do so. Five glowing and solid Google Stars and thank you to the church 12 Stone Church for being here. We love you. Incredibly good sermon every week and great music too. Inspiring, uplifting and humorous as well; all around great experience. It's the church for me and my wife.
