For the love of God, go to any church but here. The lead pastor is almost never here. Quoted from a greeter, “Once every six weeks or so, our lead pastor will come and preach.” Apparently every other time they have the lead pastor preaching from a screen in front of the congregation, with no message given from an actual pastor here. How does the lead pastor not trust his campus pastors to deliver a word from the Lord? Nothing here seemed inspired from God. It was extremely dystopian, saddening, and disheartening. This church should be ashamed. If your campus pastor isn’t qualified to preach, then why is he even there? Benny Tate is not the second coming of Jesus Christ. Allow somebody that can actually speak to the congregation to preach. But something tells me that this church is more about Benny Tate than our Lord. If you want to go to a church where it looks like the pastor can see you, but actually cannot; be my guest and try it. I’ll take my chances on a church that believes the Lord can speak through anyone, not just Tate. This church is just another means to push his brand, and not His Message. Wonderful, contemporary, God loving people. Always there for support, tons of small groups starting in August. Truly a blessing to have stumbled upon. Worse church I have ever attended. Does not want men and women who have alcohol or drug addiction attending it. Said it was against the message they are trying to tell. The word doesn't discriminate against anyone. But then again the word of God is not being spoken at this church. Great people that love Jesus! There are many opportunities to plug in and serve. Life groups meet around 9:30am. This gives people a chance to connect in small group settings. No church is perfect. This one is worth a visit. Stop in! I did vacation bible school here last summer. It was very fun and I learned a lot! I accepted God into my heart and learned a lot of pop Christian songs! My family tried this church, but decided not to make it our church because it was a little bit too modern and in the adult service, they did a lot of rock songs. We are still looking for something more traditional.
