What visitors say
Sound congregation of the saints. Warm greeting upon entering the building. I attended on a Sunday evening worship service following. Sound Biblically based worship service with acapella singing, prayers, Lord's supper, preaching, and contribution. Friendly conversation after the service. I would definitely recommend this congregation to locals and travelers. Sad treatment of longtime members when they get ill and are home bound and can’t tithe anymore. Don’t expect a “pastor” in tough times. You’re on your own if you’re unable to be of service to the church anymore. We worshipped here quite often while living in Savannah. It is only about 20 minutes (without traffic) from Southside Savannah. We still keep up with some of the members here. Sound in the faith, wonderful congregation. They've been giving away disaster relief supplies for free to those in need. What a blessing!
