What visitors say
This Church WAS one of the best Churches I had ever attended. I loved the messages on Sunday mornings. After 16 months my boyfriend and I decided to place membership there on Sunday June 1, 2025. This morning, June 8, 2025 we were informed that we couldn’t place membership because we aren’t married. After feeling rejected my entire life, I have now been rejected by a Church of all places. I will miss going but I will never go back because I’m not good enough. The preacher is great so was his wife, the youth and children ministers both treated my children awfully please protect your family don’t go here. The most beautiful church. Pastor Herald was to kind & thoughtful & the congregation was warm & welcoming. It was a somber time of my brother Ed's memorial service & everyone was so comforting I felt right at home. This was my first time visiting this congregation. I felt welcomed. I felt like I was part of the family already. Bro Carlisle welcomed me with open arms and Bro Scott finished what bro Carlisle started. Service was great and according to God's Word. I am looking for a church home. But I feel this church hold back the holy spirit. The praise and worship is not done how the bible tells you to do it. I do remember in the bible they use instruments. I also feel like things are being rushed. The sermon and all. Maybe I will visit one more time. And give it another chance. If it is the same, I will ask God to bless me with another location. Love you all in Christ
