My mother and I attended for the 1st time this morning and ended up leaving before it was over. I didn't feel very welcomed, they are really into their congregation tithing and go as far to adding the giving portion on the welcoming aka first timers handout. Also after worship they said a prayer about tithing. Basically letting you know that you should be giving to the church and essentially you won't receive your blessings of you don't. Definitely going to keep looking for a church home. If you like to tithe in abundance and want the word of God with no energy or excitement then this place might be for you. This church has the strongest ministry outreach of any I’ve ever seen. They support their patrons with the full force of the army of God. What I mean by that is they offer leadership training. God is calling you into something they will teach you how to lead groups of people. They have Ministry awareness days at the church where the entire congregation is encouraged to look at the different ministries and decide where they would like to volunteer. I had a small organization called Honor the Homeless. When Grace, got behind us, we were able to serve our community for 15 years. We were serving 120 to 250 people 50 weeks a year for 15 years. With food Clothing and Hygiene products. This church not only serves God. But they serve their community! Love this church. Service times at 9 and 10:30 allowing for flexibility. Choose this church because of the children church. The area divided by ages and the curriculum is shared with parents to keep you in the loop. The facilities are really nice, and welcoming. My sisters kids look forward to church every Sunday and Wednesday. The adult service starts with worship, brief announcements, reading of the word with application to your life, and ends with worship, communion and a benediction for the week. There are events throughout the year and community groups to grow closer with other believers. So much to love about this church. We've attended Grace for over 20 years. We absolutely love this body of believers. They are family. From day one, the teaching has been solid, biblical and life-changing, revealing the true heart of God. The people here truly pour into each other, as well as the neighborhoods, nations, and next generation. New family to the area, we have seen grace love and feel welcomed, worship is great , preacher is young and relatable, tons more of kids activity.
