What visitors say
I was a member there many years ago for about a year while my family and I were going through many traumas; the main one being that my daughter was fighting in Iraq. The people there are helpful, and just as friendly as I remembered. This is a predominantly White, mixed congregation.😊 If you like acapella music, They are a home run. My home church has keyboards, guitars, drums and a host of other musical offerings that while most of the time touches my spirit, can sometimes overwhelm the message of the songs... This was a delightful change. To hear very decent vocalists leading the congregation who were actually worshiping with thier voices, songs in 4 part harmonies. It was a pure musical delight that moved my spirit toward the divine. The congregation has a fair amount of diversity and all are encouraged to participate as they are comfortable. I felt at home right away. So nice to visit a Church of Christ that made me feel quite welcome. The Minister showed me again what fellowship is all about, since my last church let me down and set me up for failure. I still care for the members of my last church, but leadership needs to communicate better to retain members and assist those who really need help. Church was great. The songs were beautiful. I enjoyed the word delivered on this particular Sunday. They made me feel right at home. Thank you I look forward to another visit indeed. Are you looking for a church that will welcome you with unconditional love and open arms ? Look no further this has been my church home for over 13 years . We REALLY do welcome everyone even imagrants and refugee family's. Their are classes from 1year olds to those who are senior citizens. In worship service we don't use any musical instruments not even a piano we use our voices to praise God. If you like my review come visit my wonderful church family I promise you won't regret it . Hope to see you soon.
