After leaving my previous church I visited TFC in the beginning of 2025, and started visiting another church. For some reason my spirit kept pulling me back to TFC and months later I began “dating the church”. I’ve grown up in church but as an adult I was at a spiritually vulnerable point where as an older Gen Z my way of understanding the Bible needed to be taught in a way with logical thinking/reasoning and not just for memorizing scripture. I really was rebuilding my relationship with God based on my experiences and without the influence of others. And Pastor Campbell has a way of teaching the Word that not only “moves” you but pushes you to apply the principles in your daily life. The tools and resources to live a better life and not just hear a sermon on Sunday is amazing. Before I officially joined, I joined a group and gained some wonderful sisters in Christ. I had an emergency situation where I almost died and had to have surgery. I spent days in the hospital and I shared with one of my sisters in Christ, next thing you know the First Lady (Lady C) personally called to pray and check on me. Even with all of this, I never got any pressure to join the church until I was ready which I appreciated. All in all, this is a wonderful church. From the ambience to the members, TFC really means it when they say we do life together. They are very transparent, welcoming and genuinely want to see souls wins. Gorgeous facility. I loved the Pastor and Pastor's wife. If I lived close enough, I'd attend their church. It was a privilege to meet them both. The Pastor is very down to earth! Although The Faith Center has thousands of members the Pastor is accessible and approachable. Although he is available, he's never alone! He has a very rich spiritual connection with other denominations. An all around Great Man Of God! Loved the performance but the venue itself wasn’t ideal. They make you throw away your water then they sell you water right outside the performance hall, only for a guy to tell you that you can’t bring drinks in. Would’ve been nice to know that prior to buying more water. On top of that, they overbook. There was about 100 people with nowhere to sit. A House of God or a House of Business? (Beware the Performance)⚠️ Rating: 1/5 Stars It deeply grieves my spirit to see a 4.9-star rating for this establishment. Let the reader understand: those stars are for the music and the marketing,NOT for the ministry. I am frankly disturbed by how this organization prioritizes its public image while neglecting the actual sheep in its flock. The Fruits of This Ministry or LACK there of: A Shepherd Who Won't Tend the Flock: When my fiancé, our three children, and I were facing the trial of homelessness, I went to Pastor Campbell privately. Instead of offering prayer or a helping hand, he told me he "doesn't handle those matters" and sent me to a financial office. He never reached back out to see if my children had a roof over their heads. Closed Doors and Business Pages: I tried to reach my brother in Christ on Facebook, only to find he had converted his page to a "Business/Public Figure" account. I was no longer a friend, just a "follower." 😡. The door to the Pastor Campbell was locked behind a brand. The $800 Trial: My rent was $800 at that time in 2022 . Even though this church has owned their building outright for two years, they refused to help a family in a storm. Selfless Service Met with Cold Math: I served this church for 5 years out of a genuine heart for God. IN 2011 I helped move and set up this very building. I spent 10-hour days—from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.—handing out 10,000 lbs of food to strangers because I believed in the mission. I NEVER asked for anything in return for that service nor did I ever want to or think I need it. However, when my family faced a TRUE EMERGENCY of Homelessness IN 2022, the church didn't see a brother; they saw a "delinquent account." They told me over the phone I wasn't "eligible" for help because I hadn't tithed in 3 years. They were happy to take my labor for free, but they treated my family's survival like a business transaction. The Money Changers: This same church tracked down my phone number and called my place of work over a failed $10 donation. They have the resources to hunt you down for a dime, but no compassion to help you when you’re drowning. THE DAMAGE DONE💥💥: I have been a church-goer my entire life. I have attended many different churches, but this experience was so heartless that it has destroyed my trust in organized religion entirely. Because of how this "business" treated me and my children, I honestly never want to step foot in a church again. They didn't just fail to help with rent; they failed to represent the heart of God. A WARNING TO SEEKERS:⚠️⚠️⚠️ They have a beautiful temple and a loud choir, but they are SPIRITUALLY BANKRUPT. DO NOT be deceived by the 4.9 stars. DO NOT labor to build an empire for a "brand" that will turn its back on you and your children for the sake of $800. NOTE TO THE CHURCH: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRY and respond with the regular generic response saying, "We are sorry you feel this way, please reach out so we can make it right." You had your chance to "make it right" when a family with three children was facing the street. I was there, I asked, and YOU TURNED US AWAY. Anything you say now is just for the sake of the reviewers watching. BE AWARE that while you may manage your reputation here, your actions toward the least of these WILL be reviewed by God. YOUR SILENCE will be your ONLY HONEST response. DISCLAIMER: I've been waiting since 2022 the last day I sat foot in that "Church" Business to wrIte this review for anyone wondering
