Been attending since early 2025 and each time the 9:30 am service is amazing. The worship experience is like no other with an amazing choir, orchestral ensemble, and a band! The teachings are deeply rooted in the gospel with humble transparency. Pastors bring wit, humor, and animation at times - which gives way to meaningful relatable and memorable storytelling. The campus is quite sizeable and offers trolley shuttles to move people around campus. Mission trips are plentiful along with other opportunities to serve. We drove from Glorida to attend our Grandaughters Highschool graduation. This was a very very nice place, comfortable and clean. Handicap accessible. I'd like to thank them for hosting Cherokee High School graduation. We truly enjoyed the experience Hosts the most beautiful events. We were there last week for our nieces Highschool graduation and it was beautiful, easily accessible and held over 5000 parishioners easily. GOD BLESS ALL 🙌🙏❤️ This church destroyed my family. They (as well as the entire SBC) are supportive of DEI and other woke ideologies. See Megan Basham's book, "Shepherds for Sale," which is well-documented, for details. Here's my story: When the Johnny Hunt scandal emerged in 2021, my daughter was working on staff, and she was given a book to read in a discipleship group with the church leadership that pushed DEI, acceptance of homosexuality, and other things (the book was Confronting Christianity by Rebecca McLaughlin). I expressed my concerns, and the church leaders pushed back against me. They encouraged my daughter to move out of my house. She was 19 at the time this began. Eventually, they brought her into the church office where she was given an ultimatum by her boss and several other upper-level staff members that she either move out of my house or they would let her go. I did not find out about this until years later. At the time, I thought it was only one person who was strongly encouraging her to move out, and I wrote a letter about this to the church staff. No response was ever received from anyone about my concerns with my daughter. She moved out of our home when she was 20 because one of the members of staff offered her a place to stay at a bargain price, and also due to the pressure she received from multiple staff members. I will conclude by saying that we were members of this church since about 2006, and when Jeremy Morton came in and overturned a significant number of the staff, things changed. This church is a cesspool of demonic activity, and, if I were you, I would stay far, far away from FBCW, the SBC, and any of its member churches. One of my favorite places. Everyone is warm and welcoming ALL the time [not just your first day]. There's something for everyone of all ages and alot of support for whatever you need. One of the things I was most impressed with, was that the church is completely transparent in sharing the financial plan and budget for the following year. The thrift store is fantastic and has better prices than others. $5 meals on Weds, addiction recovery groups, financial and grief counseling, child care, special needs care, crying rooms, fitness center, food pantry, mission trips. Service is always beautiful and well put together. The pastor's work really hard and it shows. Also the Christmas concert was fantastic. Definitely a great Christmas tradition. I haven't been to church in about 15+ years and I go consistently to FBCW now.
