My family genuinely loves this church. The teaching, atmosphere, and overall experience have been wonderful, which is why I would rate the church itself 5 stars. However, I need to share a serious concern regarding the children’s childcare area for transparency. During only our second time using the childcare, my son’s diaper was changed without anyone contacting us or asking for our consent beforehand. We had provided our names and phone numbers at check-in, and my expectation—based on other childcare environments we’ve used—was that if our child needed personal care during the relatively short church service, we would be notified and given the opportunity to handle it ourselves. To be clear, this is not an accusation against the volunteers or their character. My concern is not about whether the staff are trustworthy. My concern is about communication, transparency, and parental consent when it comes to personal care decisions involving children. What made the experience more concerning was that when I raised this issue, the response focused on reassuring me that volunteers are background checked and supervised, rather than directly addressing the lack of communication or acknowledging that expectations around diaper care should be clearly communicated to parents upfront. I truly love this church, which is why I’m sharing this. My hope is simply that clearer childcare policies and parental communication are established so other families know exactly what to expect. Best place to hear the real message. People are very nice here. Pastors, prayer team 10 stars not 5. I don’t recommend this church. They don’t help my friend and went telling my family why I emailed them. Iam surprised how they care about their previous members. I was in Naperville this week and was looking for a church service to go to today. I had a wonderful experience at HighPoint Church. If I'm ever in Naperville again, I'd love to return! Very friendly atmosphere, great worship and an encouraging message! I always enjoy the service with Pastor Ron Zappier. The only problem I have is that I can't never reach anyone during the week for questions . I left message and still no one called back. It's very frustrating.
