What visitors say
First Church of Lombard does not follow the teachings of the Bible as the word of God in my opinion. They blocked me on social media as I support the Bible as a compass for morality and behavior. They celebrate LGBTQ. This is a Church! Celebrate GOD! They BLOCKED me. They espouse "welcoming" all. Make sure you follow their talking points as you may just get excommunicated. One other reason this church is so thankfully wonderful is that they host a Tuesday 8pm meeting for AA FOR DECADES! If you have a desire to abstain from alcohol forever, we welcome you for one day of reprieve and fellowship. Great group of people trying to make the community a little bit better by doing good things with whatever is at hand. It's an open and caring community, no judgement, no preconceived expectations. Come as you are. Atmosphere is friendly, clean, handicap accessible, community active involvement, and as hoped for Spiritually. 🙏❤️🙏 Faith in Place held a Farmers Market there. Members were helpful, kind, friendly people. And welcoming.
