We have visited this church a several times in person when in the area - we found instant acceptance and we enjoyed the worship; it is a group of loving people. I felt genuinely welcomed, was shown around, and was comfortable the whole time. If I lived nearby, I would definitely want to become a member. It is a good mix of traditional and contemporary - not a "religious" church by any means, which is good for me because I dislike stuffy churches. The messages seem to hit home every time so I watch online almost every Sunday - inspirational, Bible-based, uplifting. When I started attending this church at 14, I knew that it would become a staple in my spiritual life. Now, almost seven years later, I am still so grateful for the day that God opened the door for me to come here. We have had many doors as a church, for we are yet awaiting God's provision for a building of our own. Nonetheless, the fellowship has miraculously grown stronger, even with COVID-19 on the loose. If you are seeking to live biblically and serve in a loving community, Plainfield Christ Fellowship is a great place to start. I was 15, and I didn’t know what to do with myself and all my struggles . I was truly wanting to know God more . And I decided to find a church .... well many years later , I am here to tell you that I have never been so radically loved and so practically taught. It’s not about having a church with people - it’s about having a God who can help a church . I am so thankful that I have a place to worship and to learn about the Bible. A loving and honest group of believers. Rooted and grounded in the Word of God. Felt welcomed and like family, with all who were there. I would highly recommend this church to anyone who asks. I look forward to being with them when the Lord allows. I became a member in 2012 and from the moment I entered the doors I felt home. For me this is a place of peace, a place of worship and most of all a wonderful family in Christ.
