What visitors say
A wonderful experience every time I attend! The people there are so intentional, friendly, loving and kind to all who are seeking a church home or simply just visiting. The sermons are solid and delivered with such passion and intentionality. The hymn's are beautiful and always are a joy to hear and the vibes are all around really lovely so it is a place that is highly recommended to any Christian out there seeking to reconnect to the Lord and the Gospel. And if you are not a Christian, don’t be discouraged you will be welcomed with open arms and people wanting to meet you where you are at! Warm and welcoming church environment. Wonderful worship music and solid and faithful Gospel preaching. Please visit and see for yourself! Great place to be to be seen and to be ministered to. Church is affiliated with Capitol Hill Baptist Church, another solid and faithful church in the DC area. New Covenant Baptism Church has been instrumental in my spiritual growth. The strong sense of community there, resembling a supportive family, has been immensely valuable, especially since I don't have family nearby. I've been a member for two years, and I'm genuinely grateful for the profound impact this church has had on my life and my journey of faith. So thankful to learn and grow in this Gospel-centered, multi-ethnic and multi-generational church! We are grateful that our college freshman learned first hand the importance of worshipping and belonging to a healthy evangelical church grounded in the Word, and uses New Covenant Baptist Church as her model when visiting prospective churches on her own in college. This church is rich in diversity, faithfully preaches the gospel, and has beautiful worship amongst its loving members. I feel very fortunate and cared for here. :)
