Hoboken Grace Community Church is truly one of the most welcoming and genuine communities we’ve experienced. From the moment you walk through the doors, people make an effort to make you feel comfortable, included, and cared for, whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been attending for years. What stands out most is the warmth of the community. There’s a real sense of connection, support, and kindness among the people there, and it creates an environment that feels uplifting and authentic. The church does a wonderful job fostering meaningful relationships and making people feel like they belong. We’re very grateful to have found such a positive and encouraging community in the area and would highly recommend Hoboken Grace to anyone looking for a welcoming church home. It’s a great church imho and the 2 pastors are incredibly dedicated and anointed or they would not have come this far. I have great respect for them. They are truly humbly leading many sheep, which is now desperately needed in a money driven, greed centered society like Hoboken has become unfortunately, where external is Everything. Hoboken is not NYC and not too long ago Hoboken used to be a traditional small blue collared town with people who lived very simply, it’s no longer that same small town sadly, so I understand the need for a bigger place and more services because the need is much greater now, so I commend all that they are trying to do. It’s definitely no small feat and they need our prayers. The main issue I had was the sacrament of the Holy communion not being given the proper respect it requires. There are A lot of people yes, but it doesn’t mean you can’t logistically lead people into this sacred act the 1st Sunday of every month. It’s brushed to the side, while people and big screens are brought to the forefront. So are we focusing on the “people of Hoboken” more? or Christ and his sacrifice dying on the cross for us to save us from our sins? I didn’t like that, had never seen it before and ultimately felt lost in the “new Hoboken” feel of it all. $$ I started attending Hoboken Grace about year ago and it has genuinely become a second home. I’ve never felt so welcomed and loved at a church before the way I do here. Amazing sermons, worship, and you can just tell how much love is put into everything they do. Being a non-christian, I really enjoyed the vibe and the energy! Look and feel of this place is nothing less than a concert - 4 guitarist, 5 singers, pianist, and a drummer! Also, got to experience people getting Baptized and celebrate their faith and believe in Christ! They usually have performances every Sunday starting from 9:30am, 11:00am and 12:30pm. We're just occasional visitors from abroad, but we find Grace Community Chirch to be a... Great Family. Touching time of worship. Powerful and challenging preaching. Excellent Pastor and Team.
