We are from California, but visit our family in Las Vegas. We discovered Church LV one Sunday while looking for a place to worship. What a blessing God definitely lead us there. We love it, and have been taking my grandkids when we go. We call it our home away from home family . God is really moving. If you haven't been, try it, it is worth the visit.🙏🏻✝️📖❤️ Very welcoming. Two services on Sunday. This is not a typical atmosphere but there is a lot of music, singing, a band and usually guest speakers weekly. They do an offering but it is not high pressure. They have weekly activities with a few bigger activities that are seasonal outreaches. Update: a snippet for your listening pleasure. This church just opened a second location. I haven’t visited that one. I enjoy this service. The family leads. Husband, wife and son. It’s pretty remarkable. Check it out. This church is very friendly and community oriented without a denomination that I noted. There’s plenty of seating but the inside feels more like a big conference room than a chapel and there are no handouts or programs. We had a great visit to this church. Music acoustics were great. My mom and I started attending 2 months ago and enjoyed the worship but always felt like there was a personal motive behind the messages. This last time was the last straw. "Pastor" Wendy preached (more like shouted the whole time) on how we need to be like Mary and give all that we can (relating to money) and continued to fleece the flock the whole sermon while stating that we dont have to give under compulsion. Not only do I feel like the scripture was being twisted to fit the narrative I also felt the message was not led by the Holy Sprit at all. If I was an unbelievaber (Ive been saved 15 years) and that was the first time I stepped in church and all I heard was a plea for money to pay for the leaking roof, coffee shop and kids special needs area for a month straight why would I feel led to give my life to Christ? Asking for a offering is one thing but if you need to keep pushing people to give for your own church needs maybe you aren't trusting in God to provide and should just take out a loan or downsize to a smaller location. I hope leadership sees this because something needs to change as we are all going to have to give an account to Jesus and especially if we are called to be pastors. I was really hoping to make this our church home but my mom and I will have to keep looking unfortunately 😢 ChurchLV has been such a blessing in not just my heart and life but in my families as well. We moved to Las Vegas a few years ago and have been praying for a local church near us that we can pour into and “rattle these dry bones” sort of speak. We attended a few other churches and they were great but ChurchLV felt like HOME the second we walked through the doors… I mean we felt an amazing presence of community and the Holy Spirit. There’s truly nothing like it. My kids ask to go to church throughout the week and look forward to service. Everyone from the pastors to each serve member are truly special and I cannot praise them enough. I have cried my eyes out during multiple sermons due to being overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit and truly it’s been life changing. I joined Pastor Bennys kingdom first for my birthday gift to myself and my husband and I have been blessed in so many ways from our marriage, finances, community and to a change of mindset to grow in our walk of faith. We know this is a journey and not a sprint and we are in it for the long haul. I cannot WAIT to pour into our amazing local church for more years to come and I’m so blessed we get to raise our children to do the same. Thank you to the entire ChurchLV fam you guys are amazing! May God continue to answer our God sized prayers of reaching more people in this world to know and love Jesus!
