Truly a place where faith and community come together beautifully. Lovely Church! We were in town for the weekend and were looking for a church to attend. We stumbled upon Hillsong NYC and WOW, what a treat! The staff and volunteers were so friendly and welcoming. The worship band is an amazing job! Great worship, message, and fellowship. Always looking forward to attending and serving at church. It is a welcoming environment and they emphasize that you don't have to believe to belong. The service here is magical and so filled with the Spirit. Come visit if you are ever in the area. We would love to serve you. What an amazing moment today being in Hillsong church! It was a such blessing moment. The sermon was about friendship. For all my life that I’ve been a Christian, I’ve admired this church n their music for 20 years! Only to find out that the former founder and the former lead pastor of this church have done unspeakable things throughout their personal lives! It’s made me feel disgusted, disappointed and guilty to have admiration for them and this church! I’ve never gotten the chance to go to this church but, after watching the docu-series I’m glad that I didn’t! Because of this, I’ve lost my faith in being a Christian. I’m just lost and confused on what kind of Christian that God wants us to be! I don’t think going to this newly reinvented Hillsong church, is going to help me with that? Who’s to say that history is going to repeat itself?
