My boyfriend and I visited here while in town and were greeted by so many incredibly warm and kind members, the pastor, and his wife. The worship was Spirit-led and not about performing. If you're wanting a place to feel welcome, receive Scripture-filled teaching, and some humor sprinkled into the message, I definitely recommend! Not a massive mega church, but full of big Christians. Uncompromising & truly good soil. I've told the lead Pastor that if it was not going to be called "kings Church", it should have been called "Good Soil Church", since the spiritual maturity of the congregation is unmatched and a wonderful place to be planted in. This church also afforded me the ability to do what ended up being the 2nd biggest highlight of my life so far (1st was getting born again), which was to do missions work in Kenya. Highly recommend! Attended part of a King's Church service we stumbled upon in the subway while visiting NYC this weekend. Just the encouragement our family needed after such a hard week. Beautiful worship and thanks for sharing the truth of the gospel in an unexpected place. Thankful for this church community in New York City. If you want to grow and mature in Faith in Jesus Christ of Nazareth, come. This church is Holy Spirit led in Spirit and in Truth especially during the times we are living in. It isn't motivational or what's popular in the culture. This church is not afraid to speak truth in love and hold the lens to what does the word of God say about these matters -- this church's foundation is Biblical and is that shining light to point people to Jesus Christ in a dark world. Keep being faithful kings church in Jesus name If you are looking to grow your relationship with God this is the place! Everyone is welcoming, I have four littles and everyone is always there to lend me a hand. I’m so grateful for this community, our pastors and all the things the Holy Spirit is doing in this place.
