What visitors say
Out of all the churches in and around Stark county, there are only two that stand out to me and really go above and beyond for their community as a whole in North Canton Church of Christ is one of them. They really make their members feel like they truly care and they also take great care of their non-members that need additional help with food and clothing. Everyone who volunteers there is super nice and all the clothes and products and food that are given out are great quality good wholesome stuff. The guy who controls the parking for the food pantry is not friendly at all. He was very rude and controlling. We ending up leaving empty handed. The food pantries in Akron are nicer than these people. Best clothes give away ever. My friend had just had her baby & I was able to get a 18gal tub full for her in one visit. Truly a blessing 🙏🤲🙌. They also have a food giveaway. Giveaway days, times, & registration is on their site or just come in on the last day if all slots are filled. There is definitely enough for everybody. I went to this church for both a food & a clothing donation, & came away with a couple weeks supply of food & a whole new wardrobe of clothing. They get a warehouse full of clothing, nicely donated by Clothes Mentor and Plato's Closet, from stuff that they don't purchase from their sellers, if the sellers choose the option to donate what is left over. The staff were genuinely loving people, & truly helpful. This place is a blessing! Thank you. They are absolutely wonderful at this church they show a true love and caring for people of all ages and nationality they do a lot to help in need
