What visitors say

I also, attended the Heritage House. Sept. 10. 2021 was when I showed up. I wouldn't even saumy I had a strong program. I screwed up, alot. But the Grace of God was applied. I completed with a heart that was changed. Seeking the Kingdom First! God is faithful!! 3.5 years later, I'm married, and have been for over a year, and now just bought my first home with my wife, closing Monday. FEBRUARY 10TH. While people are not perfect, God is! Heritage House prepared me, exactly for where I'm at now! City on a Hill is a wonderful church, with sound doctrine that comes out of that pulpit!! The Blood of Christ, Repentance, and baptism of the Holy Ghost! Biblical Sound Truth! If you give God an inch of your life, not only will he take a Mile, but begin to prepare you for the life long course, or race, with endurance, remaining in living in and expressing the fruits of the spirit! Pastor Billy is a wonderful Pastor, with a vision to see many wrecked young men, to come to Christ and be restored, with offering that opportunity! I left what was my home in Missouri, and now, never even considere going back, other than visiting my mother's Grave site, and seeing my niece. Christmas to be exact!! I tried everything. Heritage House is THAT PLATFORM, if you're at the end of yourself and ready for change!! Much Love, Blake Abernathy!! I absolutely love this church. I feel welcomed every time I walk in the doors. They're involved with the homeless community outreach and recovery. Praise God for this church and his spirit for leading and guiding them. City on a Hill is an amazing church where you can worship and be welcomed into the family of God! There are many opportunities to grow as a believer, be discipled, and carry out the great commission through outreach to our city and beyond! I've honestly never been inside this church. But I can say that the exterior is beautiful now. I've lived by here my whole life, and this place used to be sooo ugly. Outside paint is beautiful as you can see from the pictures I uploaded, very inviting! They have nice looking signs and banners that have the service times (see photo). The parking lot has also been nicely repaved. There's also on street parking and in the ally way behind it. There are several entrances, so it looks wheelchair assessable. I might check it out sometime. It's on Mozart right behind the "White" restaurant that sells those famous sliders. I'm with Cliff and Dani. Great programs you offer for locals but... The Sunday service is WAY TOO LOUD! Starts around 9/10 and goes until 3ish EVERY SUNDAY! Can't enjoy a nice peaceful morning outside in my own backyard for my 1 of 2 days I have to relax from the work week. Overkill. We've called and been told it's a rare occasion but the people who LIVE around you can say otherwise. PLEASE be considerate of those living around you.
