Have been attending Northern Hills Christian Church since 2007. Member since 2008. I was a single mom, dirt poor, and feeling sad and unloved. Northern Hills really is family! They took us in, were a good extended family when my own family were many miles away, and good example for my sons especially. So much love and comfort. Great Bible-based theology and teaches apologetics strongly. Helped me find jobs, helped my kids so much...then in 2015 for two years helped when I was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer. Helped us move, brought us food, took care of my kids and comforted them. Visited me in the hospital. These folks are the hands and feet of Jesus, as disciples and servants of Christ ought to be! I am so grateful and thrilled when I can pray and my kids who are strong physically can help others with the church ministries in the community! Northern Hills is a great place to serve with fantastic Scriptural teaching and uplifting music! I moved to the area recently and got connected with this church. I have been very fortunate. Such amazing people. They have made you feel like family. I am also so very grateful for the two families that help me get from and to church. I'm really glad to have been welcomed. Such nice people. Friendly and caring church. Make you feel welcome but do not push you to join. I attribute almost all of the spiritual maturity I have today to this family. with a heavy focus on relationships and discipleship, this group is great at growing disciples of Christ in today's world. This church may be non-denominational, but they hold strongly to the Bible and what it says. Clean bathrooms, friendly faces, and good coffee!
