The building is semi new. Less is more I think is there thing. Not much for decorations. People seemed friendly enough even though no one talked to us In a conversation but holding the door, saying good morning, have a good day. Overall I'd give them a 93% Movement is one of the most authentic churches I've been to; I've never felt more welcome in a church from day one. The pastor is a genuine person both on and off stage. The teachings range from solid, baseline truth to challenging truth based on scripture. The youth ministry is great - my kids have loved the leaders and how much they pour into the kids' lives. The best part is that there are SO MANY small groups - a place for everyone to connect outside of Sunday mornings. Our family has been happy to call Movement home for the entire time we've lived in the Columbus area. I've been a member of Movement for about 10 years, and it has been such a blessing to me and my family. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The kids ministry is fantastic—our children not only have fun but also learn about faith in ways that stick with them throughout the week. I also love how committed the church is to outreach. Movement doesn’t just talk about making an impact; they actively serve the community through projects, events, and partnerships that really make a difference. Small groups have been another highlight for me. They’re a great way to connect with others, build friendships, and grow spiritually in a more personal setting. It’s a place where people truly care for one another. If you’re looking for a church that values authentic community, practical teaching, and living out faith both inside and outside the walls, I can’t recommend Movement Church enough! Been going here for years now! This is a great church for all ages. Friendly, welcoming casual atmosphere. They have kids ministry, youth programs, and small groups that meet from fall to spring for all walks of life. Teachings are straight from Scripture and the Bible is opened and read in service every single week. I also like that pastor makes a point to know and interact with all members of the church. This is the place for you :) After coming from a much larger church, Movement was the community we needed. It took us very little time to get plugged in and feel like we were part of a family. And our kids LOVE it more than any other church we have attended.
