This place ran political ads during the 2024 election cycle in direct contradiction to the law. Gross. Romans 13:1-2 – "Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established… Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted." Yet this church openly defies U.S. law while claiming to follow God's will. Matthew 22:21 – "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s." EDIT AS A REPLY TO OWNERS COMMENTS: Uploaded proof even though the owner admitted it. Churches, if they are tax-exempt under IRS code 501(c)(3), are legally prohibited from endorsing or opposing specific political candidates. This is part of the Johnson Amendment, which has been in place since 1954. Free speech isn’t the issue — it’s the Johnson Amendment you violated. Tax-exempt churches can’t endorse candidates. Want to play politics? Cool. Just pay taxes like the rest of us. This was a great place to be for the last several years until it had to turn into drama. My wife and I have been volunteering for years to help the youth. How dare you call her instead of the husband to say we can't come back for 30 days because I acted in self defense after simply trying to return a family members phone that was taken by a pastor for the lesson. Were you the one getting your feet stomped on for no reason? No you weren't. So much for forgiveness. I didn't know we signed up for holier than though church american idol. God bless you all. This church is amazing. Great place to worship. The music is wonderful, the Pastor is very great and humble, staff is friendly, and it’s a great size church. He was blessed with great wisdom and knowledge. It’s a very welcoming environment. Went for the first time on Sunday and was greeted by amazing ladies on staff and the Pastor made it a point to welcome my family and I after service. Staff is amazing and my kids had a wonderful time. We liked Sunday service so much we will be going on Wednesday nights as well! If this organization wants to make political ads it should loose their tax exempt status for breaking the law. As long as the Johnson amendment is in place it is indeed the law. Just because the organization doesn't agree with it doesn't mean they are exempt from the law. Romans 13:1-2 Tells people to obey the government because God put it in place States that those who refuse to obey the law are refusing to obey God Says that punishment will follow for those who disobey the law Read your Bible I watch LifeChurch West Chester online because I live in another state. Pastor Randy has been such a blessing to me. I love his Bible studies! I contact him when I have questions or need prayer! He is always willing to help me! He is such a humble man who loves the Lord! He wrote a book that taught me how to fight the enemy! I have learned so much from him! He is a blessing! I can't wait to visit his church in person, if not before retirement... then certainly after!
