VBS at Quail Springs Baptist Church was top tier! Our family has participated in VBS for decades both as volunteers and by simply sending their children for discipleship and growth. The drop off and pick up of children was both quick and felt it safe. The process was definitely thought through and I was actually very impressed with how smoothly it went. Also, the content and teaching aspect was well done. Also, kiddos to whomever had the idea to save the arts/crafts projects until the last day and sent it all home in a bag! Nice work, we loved going through it with our child and hearing him talk about each items and what he learned about the gospel through creating each little project. Also, just the excitement of just seeing his projects days later was really fun for him. If I were to make any recommendation it would be evening VBS because we both have daytime jobs and getting our son there for drop off and pick up wasn't always easy with jobs. Daytime/morning VBS makes it to where we as prents are unable to serve. But we know that morning/daytime VBS fits well for other family dynamics. We would attend either VBS offering because we value the ultimate goal of VBS and believe the minor inconvenience a small price to pay for the opportunity VBS gives to spread the gospel. Great job QSBC staff and volunteers!! I have attended Quail Springs Baptist Church almost ever since I moved back to Oklahoma. It is a loving and welcoming congregation. The church services are always uplifting and meaningful. The class that I attended is wonderful. The teaching in that class and the songs of praise are most inspirational. I highly recommend the experience I have had each and every Sunday at Quail Springs Baptist Church! Sincerely written by Mary L. Andersen I come from a smaaaaaall town, so my church growing up was maybe 100-150 people. To me that made it feel like family! I was definitely a little skeptical of going to a mega church AKA QSBC, BUT!! It might be a mega church in size, but it’s a small church at heart. I joined a connect group and we quickly found our church “family.” For a large church quail does an excellent job of making you feel connected. We are very grateful for our church. Most importantly our pastor shares the gospel every service. I attended Easter Service with my sister and her family. I very much enjoyed the praise and worship but even more the pastor and the message that he shared was very biblical and a beautiful message. I don't live in Oklahoma City but I will visit again when I visit my sister I have began watching his messages online. QSBC is a welcoming place with many types of accommodations for newcomers. Whether you’re young or old, Man or Woman, single or family, there’re plenty of ways to fit in. And, bottom line, the Gospel, which is why the church exists in the first place, is preached weekly. They care whether or not you have a personal relationship with Jesus. That’s the most important part of any soul in this world.
