On Christmas Eve 2022, I was run in front of by a security person while at this church!!! Just for standing up when the person leading the music, said we will sing oh holy night… Then the emoji somebody commented with The body of Christ??? “Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”” Matthew 22:37-40 NLT Eric helped get me a ac window unit and was very nice and meet with me to get it!! Thank you again and God Bless Great church great music and we enjoy it . Not our church home but we visit often Pretty disappointed by the lack of transparency around the daycare closing. They stonewalled us at the parent meeting where we were allowed to voice our opinions on it - but the decision had already been made, and this was just a formality as an attempt to save face. It ended with a lot of angry parents and a senior pastor who seemed frustrated that the conversation began to go in circles when he wouldn’t tell us any specifics on the numbers we were asking for. I’m paraphrasing, but the senior pastor said that the daycare no longer fit within the mission of their church. We never really got clarity on what that specific mission is - so would love an answer to that at some point. 14 Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” - Matthew 19:14 And if you’ve read this far, know this: we LOVED this place. Our son practically grew up in the daycare. We found a real community within that daycare. We mourned the when we were told via email over spring break that it would only be open for several more months. I’m not someone who is seeking to stir trouble, just needed to make my voice heard in a way that a business will listen to: low google reviews 0/10 recommend victory iglesia. absolutely love victory church and all of the sermons really wish the Hispanic church would do the same. instead of just preaching about his family up there when it’s supposed to be about God. a lot of stuff that go on behind close doors that a lot of people don’t know about and all about just making money and selling things/food in the lobby when that money never goes to anything or any events they make as well as they don’t even ever do any events for their church but when do they do they still ask for money? (John 2 16) so where does the money make off people when selling stuff go? looks like all they care is about making money. also it’s really messed up how they started doing worship nights on Saturdays just because they don’t want their youth to go to an other church that same night. Also it’s funny how a few weeks ago they had a “women’s retreat” at the ranch yet still asked for money when prior to that they had made food sells for that specific retreat when the ranch belongs to victory so they pay nothing on that. wish they talked about what they do with their Finances how victory church does. not trying to hate on anyone at all but the it’s been multiple people that have left these this past year for this exact reasons & becasue they know so many things that are not okay but nobody does anything about it. please do your research before visiting victory iglesia.
