What visitors say
Wonderful Easter service. We visited from out of state with our son and family who are beginning to attend this church. It is a large church with a very welcoming congregation. The message was very good and bible based. There are programs for children to attend during church service. Many mission projects underway as well as classes, Bible studies and outreach opportunities. Come here if you want to be entertained. The "sanctuary" is painted dark 🌑 purple and black like some night 🌃 club. It features a LOUD rock and roll band and a short spiritual "Ted talk" 🦜 that is designed to make people feel good. Not 🙂↔️ very kind to newcomers or the poor judging from the other reviews. I'll give this entertainment center a pass...👋 Church of the City - Spring Hill advertised a 1300 service and then without notice canceled it. Public facing organizations need to do better when it is comes to canceling advertised times. There are plenty of tools and ways to communicate these items to potential new members. We were visiting from New Brunswick, Canada on July 13 th, 2025. We enjoyed wonderful worship, witnessed so many take next steps in baptism and an absolutely fantastic Bible based, God honouring sermon! Such a wonderful joy to be visiting COTC, Franklin! We felt right at home and left knowing we had been Christ! Could not recommend Church of the City more! I was there alone with my children, lost and unsure where to turn for prayer; no one seemed to care. There were too many people for them to be truly attentive to so many sheep. Nevertheless, I tried to contact them online to register for a group, but they were all full; I sent an email to ask what could be done and never received a reply.
