God is in this place! Hallelujah! My husband and I visited for the first time yesterday and it was such a wonderful experience. The church building is over 100 years old filled with stained glass and lots of beautiful architecture. There's all sorts of seating including couches, stuffed chairs, etc. But what we appreciated most was the message, the infant baptism, open communion and the general warmth of the community. They also serve the homeless in their community and provide all sorts of services for them. It was such a blessing to have them join the service. We'll definitely return! God's work is shown in everything the pastor and his wife do for this community. Drop off shoes, garments or food for distribution to needy people in Galveston. They furnish showers and laundry facilities. Lost your I.D. ? They try to help. Personally I've some hard times,bad time and good..They have always been supportive and helpful to me and my friends and family.. This place is unlike any church I’ve been to before in all the best ways possible. It’s made a point to get to know you and have you feel welcome and loved. None of the ideology is radical or drastic and you have people from all walks of life that attend in unity as one. Very proud of this place and everything they do for the community like an authentic “Church” would do. Cheers to us! I found my family here. ♥️
