Over my lifetime, I have attended various churches of Christ, depending on where we lived. This is a very warm and friendly congregation with an excellent pulpit minister, teen program, children’s ministry and women’s ministry. There are so many ways to be involved and so many encouraging people.. I had the unfortunate experience of attending this church while I grew up here. They do not represent any christian ideals. Very elitist, classist, and unwelcoming. The counselors there are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Do not recommend. Any donations made will be wasted. Extremely rude and unwelcoming congregation. After a negative interaction with a woman named Melissa, my concerns were ignored when brought to the attention of the ministry team. Will not return. A church that immediately felt like HOME! Very welcoming and lots of young families and support. Sunday Assembly: The singing is awesome here! There is a good mix of older and newer spiritual songs. There is genuine energy in the assembly. The sermons are upbeat and easy to follow. Thoughtful prayer. Bible Classes: Pleasantly surprised by Bible knowledge and insights expressed by Bible class participants. Not afraid to have some discussions either.
