When I booked our DC vacation AirBnB, it took me forever to decide which place to choose. So many options, pros and cons for each, but I finally selected a townhome in Alexandria. I didn’t have time right away to search for a local congregation with whom we could worship—it was just on my growing to-do list. But one day as I was plugging in the AirBnB address into the map for something else, I realized I’d accidentally typed the wrong number–and low and behold there was a church! Less than TEN minutes walk from our place and within sight. Glory to God for his help! We met and worshipped with the brothers and sisters there, and we’re greatly encouraged. They are very warm and welcoming, and the lesson, “Does your Bait Stink?” was a good one. If you visit the area, they’d love you to visit! It’s a small church with a lot of heart.❣️✝️ 🙏🏻 *Heads up: the website listed in Google isn’t the right one, so I looked up the real one but it still seemed a little wonky to me. I mentioned it to someone and confirmed they’re in the process of updating things! So don’t let that throw you off. This church welcomes all. You will feel like family here. No pressure, just great folks to spend a couple hours with. Parking is available as well as handicapped access. Visited here while on vacation. Strong congregation with great enthusiasm. Felt very welcomed. Preaching was sound. Great church. Very welcoming. The singing was beautiful. [object Object]
