Two friends just got married there today great congregation, super helpful, and the space is amazing and memorable. The ceremony was beautiful. The reception space is big with really tall ceilings. And there's a decent-sized kitchen for use of getting the meal ready and storage. there's also plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready in the basement. whether it's for a wedding or your new in town looking for a new place to worship try here. It just might be the right fit for you. I visit a lot of churches (I travel and relocate frequently) and I don't usually write reviews for them, but there's just something so special about this church. My husband and I just got married, I just moved to Madison, and it was important for us to find a church home together. We walked into this church and instantly felt welcome and valued. The pastor and his wife each connected with us after service, and it was on a personal level, not in a way in which they were doing it out of obligation or trying to persuade us to return. They genuinely wanted to let us know that they cared and that they would be happy to get us connected where we needed it or get us any help we needed as we transitioned here. We soon found out that this church is all about community - in the most beautiful of ways. They have all kinds of small groups who meet and share together, men get together for workouts and women get together for Zumba at the church, people meet to do projects and provide services for others, and community outreach events are a normal thing. This church loves on their children and truly desire to bring them up as a "village" and team. The doctrine is sound and preaching is solid. There are just so many things to love; I could go on forever. If you are in the area and just need a place to visit for one Sunday, come here. If you are certain of your faith and looking for a place to continue growing and be challenged, come here. If you are new to your faith and want to learn in a supported environment where you can ask questions and never feel you're asking a stupid one, come here. If you have no idea what you believe and think maybe you want to try church for the first time in your life but don't know what to expect or if you'll ever want to return again, come here. This is a judgment-free zone. Just go. My home church here in Madison! Love the people! So friendly and welcoming, eager to meet new faces and get to know those who walk through their doors. Just a bunch of loving God fearing people who desire for others in their community to know and love Jesus as their Lord and Savior! Great church with moving sermons based on the Word of God. Pastor Aaron is a man with a strong servant's heart and it really shows in his interactions within and outside of the church community. Wonderful and welcoming people who genuinely care about others, their community, and outreach opportunities. I would highly recommend this church to anyone who is interested in knowing more about God or who wants to grow in their faith. Great church, follows the bible well. Small community of believers who are faithful to God and each other. I'm a member now, but even when I first started attending I felt very welcome and loved by the people there.
