I decided to visit this church with my family in search of a well-grounded, non-political church filled with the Lord’s love. Sadly, I don’t understand why so many believe this church is truly grounded in the Lord when it seems to lack love for others. The messages often emphasize “submission to all government authorities” to justify their points, and typical Christian nationalist ideals are promoted within this church. For those who claim it is grounded in the Lord, I encourage them to reexamine their outlook. Jesus is not a Republican or a Democrat, He transcends political affiliations. The only love this church seems to have is for themselves or for citizens who fit their mold, not for all of God’s children. The church, while perhaps well-intentioned, appeared devoid of genuine compassion and love for others. Last year I started attending this church. I have been looking for a Bible preaching and God honoring church for quite some time and found it here. It's congregation is small but growing. The fellowship of the believers is genuine. Jesus preached in scripture correctly, check. The worship not about self, check. The giving not about making the pastor rich, check. It's hard to find such a church in a sea of churches so I thank God I was led here! Welcoming congregation. Bible based study and not bounce around topical homilies. Simple and straight forward. Good Sunday school programs. Diverse population. Lots of introverts here, so no pressure to be outspoken or over the top. Music is both old and new. A number of fellowship opportunities. Pastor Scott Anderson is a humble and sincere man of God. I attended this church for about a year. During that time pastor Scott gave me Godly advice, he took of his personal time to counsel me on a one to one meeting a few times. You can grow here, the word preached is unadulterated and seeks to glorify God in our lives as we die to ourselves. I'm grateful and I bless pastor Scott's ministry and family. -Angel M. I really enjoy it here, I had been searching for a church that I felt welcome and comfortable at and this is it. It's pretty small but the faith and the teachings are great. Everyone is very friendly and I recommend giving them a visit on sundays
