My father was a regular attendee during the COVID-19 pandemic. He faithfully supported the church with donations and deeply appreciated Pastor James Kaddis's sermons defending churches against the government shutdowns in 2020. He entered a memory care facility in 2022 and recently passed away on July 12. I flew from San Francisco to arrange his memorial service, called the church and left two voicemail messages over several days simply asking whether Pastor James Kaddis would be available to officiate my father's memorial service. I never received a return call. It is understandable Pastor Kaddis may have been ill or out of town. However, he is the figurehead of the Church is responsible for its administration. Shame on the church for its silence and complete lack of response. In an age where many water down the gospel to appease the world, Pastor James Kaddis of Calvary Chapel Signal Hill stands as a rare and courageous voice proclaiming the uncompromising truth of God's Word. His teaching is not only biblically sound, but Spirit-led, powerful, and deeply relevant for the times we’re living in. Pastor James speaks with clarity, urgency, and conviction—always rooted in Scripture and driven by a genuine love for the Body of Christ. He is unapologetic in preaching the full counsel of God, not avoiding the hard topics but confronting them with grace and authority. Whether he's addressing current events through a biblical lens or breaking down complex passages verse by verse, you can sense his commitment to honoring Christ above all. What sets Pastor James apart is his fearless devotion to truth coupled with a shepherd’s heart. I've listened to many pastors, but Pastor James Kaddis is different, profoundly different. No, Pastor James is not the bad person some misunderstood people think. He is a no-nonsense, no sugarcoating speaker. God has His people all over the world, and each one is different, and has different talent. Pastor James is one of them. No one is perfect because only our Lord Jesus Christ is. But He uses His people to prepare His church. He uses people who do not conform to societal standard, crowd-pleasing people, but those bold enough to dedicated themselves to edifying and educating and preparing God's people. I highly recommend attending this church or listen to Pastor James Kaddis on YouTube. Know that God does not use your standard "pastor looking" people to speak the truth, but those who are obedient to His calling. Yes, every speaker is different just like everyone of us are different. I urge everyone not to expect a perfect flawless person everytime you step into a church, but discern the hand of God at work in a church and the leaders to help and prepare and bless the church. Pastor James has shown me so much deep knowledge of the spiritual warfare taking place in our world right now. We praise God for this blessings. I watch the YouTube Sunday mornings and weekdays. I love this church and the guests from other churches he has on his show. Weather you're looking for a church or just want to hear the true gospel this is the place to be. Pastor Dale and James are wonderful people God has blessed everyone with. I began listenimg to Pastor James on You Tube in 2020. I am THANKFUL for his boldness to.speak truth completely surrounded im scripture. It is a Pastors responsibility to direct his church and he is the EXAMPLE of that! Thank you Pastor James for your obedience to Gods calling on your life.
