I have been attending this church since 2023. The people are welcoming. The music is lively and heartfelt. Pastor Chet, along with his wife and co-pastors, is amazing, passionate, funny, authentic, and extremely knowledgeable in the Word of God. His own life experiences show it. I recommend this church. They offer so many programs to help you grow, along with a Thursday evening, Saturday evening, and three Sunday morning services. I love this place, and I’ve attended quite a few in the past. My husband and I totally enjoy the message every Sunday. Worship is so good. People are welcoming and helpful. Facility is clean and well cared for. And it’s great to see so many serving during the service. God’s family taking care of others, with a friendly smile. A truly remarkable pastor and preacher who is exceptionally distinguished, delivering sermons marked by balance and impartiality. Upon entering the church, one is enveloped in an unmistakable aura of divine presence. The worship services are profoundly enriching, imbued with spiritual depth and a palpable sense of God's presence This Church has a great atmosphere, and although it can qualify as a mega Church, it has the vibe of a small family community church because of how everything is set up and how everyone engages with each other. Pastor Chet is one of the better Bible teachers I’ve come across, not only is he relatable and his message but he is also sound in doctrine. Calvary Chapel South Bay has a healthy heart for missions and because of that it is very welcoming and service centered. The kids ministry is also robust and systematic while being able to entertain the children and educate them at the same time, I definitely recommend anyone to go and I’m glad it is here in the Southbay.
