We love Bedrock! It’s such a welcoming and friendly environment. The sermons are always meaningful, the pastor is amazing, and it truly feels like being part of a family. We’re so thankful to have found this church! My first time going to church since I was a child—I had some questions for Pastor Blake after the service and he was happy to talk me through my questions and gave me a beautiful leather bound Bible because I didn’t have one at home! Definitely my favorite church I’ve ever been to, everyone makes you feel completely at home even if you’re brand new to the church or to faith in general and the service was very insightful and eye opening! Will definitely be going again :) Bedrock is a wonderful church with strong Biblical teaching, great worship and super nice people. Pastor Blake has such an approachable, authentic and genuine style but doesn’t water down the truth of the gospel and expresses the great hope we have on the cross. He has great knowledge of the Bible but isn’t too preachy and talks so much about how the all of it impacts our lives. He makes it much more relevant to what’s happening today and we really have not found this kind of spot on teaching at any other church we attended in Sarasota. The worship style is engaging but not too much of a “show”. Thankfully, no strobe lights or massive performances on stage. Bedrock is one of the best I’ve seen, experienced and now a part of when building community. From the day we walked in our family has been welcomed with open arms. Blake is one of the best I heard when communicating the gospel. The way he breaks it down, brings a story line and then at the end, brings it all together with nexts steps to grow in your faith. The worship is an experience that really ushers in the Holy Spirit to move the way it needs to. If your looking for a community of believers who are like minded, growing in there faith and just want to “do life together” Bedrocks your place. Thank you guys for what you do!! Bedrock Church is a great community of believers who want to grow and serve and help point others to the cross. We enjoy the well thought out worship and the strong biblical teaching and preaching each service.There are many opportunities to be involved and use your gifts and talents for the Lord. Bedrock also is truly striving to be a light to the community it is a part of and is a very welcoming place to worship.
