Traveling through Lexington this morning on the way to West Virginia. Stopped to go to Church at Center Point. Was greeted by Luke as soon as we walked in. Very welcoming. Luke went out of his way to walk me and my friend to the sanctuary. The service was full of wonderful worship and a great sermon. The sanctuary was full of teenagers who actually carried their bibles to church. So nice to see them engaged in the service. Today was a blessing! Wonderful church. Bible believing, bible teaching. Mission focused, discipleship focused, community focused. We moved to Lexington in 2015 and visited many churches when searching for our future home church. Center Point Church had the most welcoming group of people! We loved the worship, the preaching, and Pastor Tim Parsons. The gospel preached here is not watered down, but biblical, deep and sometimes convicting. We've been here for 4+ years now! LOVE IT! Center Point Church is my favorite place to be! This church, built on a strong biblical foundation, has brought me some of my very best friends and led me closer to the Lord. The Sunday morning worship is always so encouraging. The teachings are practical and applicable to my daily life. It has been my experience, and the experiences of others I have known, that the staff is always willing to meet with you and give sound biblical advice. I am so grateful for this place and could go on and on about how much I love it. Good service, inspiring message, and good music.
