Amazing PCA church in East Louisville. I've visited many churches in the city after leaving my home church of 17 years and this one has felt the most like home. Super kind and welcoming congregation, great covenantal worship. Good mix of both young and old families. And the pastors are awesome! Would easily recommend to anyone. Visited there this morning as we are up in the Louisville area for the holiday weekend. PCA church with lots of young families, but a good balance of seasoned believers as well. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell the Spirit was in this fellowship. Style is old-school Presbyterian (meant as a complement) and substance is strong biblical teaching (Psalm 4 was the teaching text but the whole service was suffused with Scripture). Lots of old hymns, Nicene Creed, the Table. I was very impressed and uplifted by fellowshipping there this morning. This is a growing church that dives deep into the scripture. If you're looking for a church where you can get involved and grow with your brothers, this is a great place to look. The leadership has gone downhill considerably. An overall terribly clique-y organization, and not at all how a church should operate. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Covenantal worship, expository preaching, and great fellowship
