Hello there my name is Colette Whitworth and I have lived in Middletown KY for 2.5 years now. I am from Breckenridge County KY. I am searching for a church to call home, guidance and love. I dream of a better today, because we need not wait for tomorrow, we must start with today. I believe I've been "searching" for true transformation and enlightenment in the wrong place, this place I feel in my heart a calling to. I was a Baptist growing up but I now know and understand that religion is not important at all to our father. I am a very spiritual woman, but I have no religion anymore, just one of the many layers that I have shed throughout my spiritual awakening process. I'm so ready for closeness and a true relationship with my Father, my God. For this is why we are here, also searching for my true purpose in life. I have a great feeling that Life Point will welcome me with open arms. Me and my boyfriend David Watson will be coming to visit very soon! Thankyou very much for a feeling of hope and enlightenment and love already. C you soon family. This is the place that blasted a video stream from the mother church in Virginia, but I was told they only do that about every 6 weeks. I could go back to see the in-person sermon. Problem is, it is too close to SE Christian so the traffic is a problem. I really look forwards to Sundays at Life Point. It's a smaller church with amazing worship and fantastic sermons. They make everyone feel seen and welcome. First timers, and senior citizens. No room to sit, very loud. People standing outside by the doors didn't acknowledge us and move so we could walk past. We just left and realized it was for younger people. We'll try to find a different church. LOVE this church! The worship and teaching are engaging, authentic, and impactful. The community within is like nothing I've ever seen. The environments are beautiful and thoughtful. The Kidspoint classroom's and volunteers are top notch -- my daughter loves being a part. There is a place for everyone here. I would highly recommend Lifepoint Church to anyone I know.
