What visitors say

New Orleans is not short on Catholic churches which makes it a breeze to find a mass while there. We stumbled upon this gem of a church, ran by the Jesuits while in New Orleans for football. Both masses we attended were timely with the priest delivering a concise and impactful homily. The interior is stunning, especially considering that the church is tucked away, in contrast to The Cathedral and St. Patrick's. With a convenient 4pm vigil mass, this is our new go to when we are in New Orleans l. Wonderful historic church Wonderful place to reflect nice place to worship Beautiful church! The sanctuary is stunning and the high altar is perfect Visited this church while on vacation in New Orleans for the 7:30 pm mass on Sunday. It was beautiful and mass was short because it didn’t have a ton of attendees at the time. I sat in awe of the architecture and detail in this beautiful sanctuary. It is across the street from the Roosevelt Hotel. Definitely worth attending mass here! Priest was very warm and welcoming. Beautiful place of worship and history, people are friendly and very warm and welcoming. I’m looking forward to be in this area again so I can attend mass next time I’m in town. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much.
