My wife and I moved into Charlotte. We needed a new place to worship and learn about our Father in Heaven. We also recently lost a child through miscarriage. As a couple, we were struggling. We were far from family, with no friends near by. My amazing wife saw the church and in her struggles, went to the Harvest Pavilion to seek a private place to pray and think. Pastor Jerry and Ms. Heidi comforted my wife and asked that we both come together and discuss our trials. Our life as husband and wife was a struggle. Pastor Jerry helped us see a way to work together, gave great recommendations for a good Christian therapist and invited us into the fold of His congregation. Harvest Community Church has many outreach programs. Couples bibles study, Fathers and Men’s programs, women’s luncheons, English as a Second Language (ESL), Croft Elementary school supply drives, youth outreach. The religious programs, under the direction of Pastors Jerry and Corey, study the Bible, teach Gods word and shows the love, compassion, and dedication of a true Christian Shepard. An amazing church, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The children's ministry was just what I was looking for my son. The gospel is straight from the Bible with expository style teaching. Im so excited I have a church I can call my "church home". We started going here almost a month ago. Harvest community has been so welcoming 🙏 Our oldest son really likes the youth group! Harvest is committed to following meaningful prayer, worship, and the study of God's Word. Just as important, Harvest follows the Biblical example and command to create disciples by supporting missionaries. May Jesus keep His hand over this church! Very people friendly. Praising the Lord with guitars and drums. It was definitely like making a joyful noise unto the Lord.
