We absolutely love this church! Even though it’s an hour’s drive for us, it’s worth every mile. The messages are uplifting, the worship is powerful, and the people truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. Every service leaves us encouraged, challenged, and excited to come back. We’re so thankful to have found a place where God’s Word is taught with passion and love! They don't help whence sunday.And they say they were gonna help me, came today.It was something different after I wasted my time to fill out an application for benevolence so yeah, don't go to this church If you're looking for a family church, full of friendly people who love Jesus, come try Greater Life out My family Loves this Church. We grew up in AG church and we were so happy when we moved to our new home and found out church was right down the street. Pastor and team are amazing. Very diverse church and spirit filled. Kids Sunday school and child care are awesome. We are so blessed to be part of the Family. We are praying to grow more in the Lord and his people. To God be the Glory Amen I was invited to GLC 2weeks ago. From the time I walked into the building, I felt accepted. Honestly I was nervous, because I was a visitor. From the get go the members were very friendly and hospitable. While sitting there before the service, a man walked up to me and said, " who are you"?. My girlfriend turned to me and said, " that's Pastor Byrd". I don't know if God led him to walk over to me, but I'd like to think he did. The service was easy to follow, due to Pastor Byrd's ability to just be a normal guyThe message is straight from the Bible. I've had a lot of opinions about "church" in the past, but the invitation to this church was a blessing. This past Sunday, I sat with tears in my eyes as I watched the baptism ceremony. After the last sign up was baptized, Pastor Byrd said, " Don't wait and regret". At that moment, I kicked off my shoes, walked the aisle and was baptized myself. Though I live an hour away, I plan on being at GLC as much as I possibly can. Heck I've traveled across the country for a concert... Driving an hour for fellowship and the word of God is worth it. Grateful for the invitation and grateful for GLC.
