What visitors say
Very kind church with very moving sermons! I just can't get past having cauldron drinks at Halloween. There's no way to spin that, cauldrons are only for witches. Then they have a Santa Clause and letters to santa for their Christmas Jamboree. It's a real shame. We're supposed to be 'not of this world' not confirming to the world. I feel like the jingle Jamboree was more about their new building and Santa clause and had nothing to do with Jesus besides the one person that decorated their trunk with a nativity scene. If anyone is supposed to push the true meaning of Christmas it's the church. Secular distractions from the purpose of Christmas are very damaging to the church and the impressionable children. Best place in Henderson. The worship leader is hands down better than anyone you'll hear on popular radio. Fellowship is amazing. There are tons of different small groups and fellowship groups to get involved with. People here are always kind. The youth ministry program is amazing as well. The pastors treat everyone like family and preach with conviction. If you're looking for some place casual but not worldly then this is definitely it. As I grow and feel the draw to more positive spiritual beings, I like to come here. The congregation has always been very inviting and never made me feel out of place. They are all very close. Like good children of the Lord they are adamant about keeping Henderson a great place for our families and friends and I will stand with them every time. Keep us all vigilant and strong as we fight against evil, Lord. Amen. This church was literally an answer to prayers. I found friendship, community but most of all - Jesus. I love the theology and messages every week. This place has so much of Gods favor, I can’t wait to see what God does through the church the coming years. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace of faith, love, and community. What sets this church apart is its commitment to serving not only its members but also the broader community. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this incredible community and look forward to continuing my journey of faith and fellowship with them.
