I attended the 90s hip hop on strings edition of the show. The musicians are extremely talented and rendered beautifully curated medleys of the artistes featured. They were engaging and definitely created a fun and upbeat vibe that was personal and intimate even though there were a lot of people there. They gave insight into little known facts about the music and musicians featured and allowed audiences participation while performing. Definitely a must attend! Beautiful and intimate experience—from musicians sharing background on the composer and what to expect in each movement to their willingness to chat post-show. Highly recommend arriving when doors open - we were in the first row which was magical. This is a great way to enjoy a string quartet outside a more formal setting. Cheering was encouraged throughout the concert which furthered the casual and fun vibe. Finally, it’s super affordable. Excited to see this concept growing - creating an approachable, affordable and accessible way for people to take part in a chamber experience. Bravo! This experience was beyond music. The musicians had a great time and humored us in between the melodies. A time was had and would definitely go again. They allowed us to sing along and take videos without flash. I will say, I wish the music was a little louder (speakers). We had the best time. One of the most unique experiences we've had in a long time. The orchestra members we amazing. They interacted well with the crowd to keep the energy high. Definitely will go again. We went to a performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Beautiful venue and fantastic acoustics!
