I used to think this church was like family until I begin to question my walk while attending this church. They are very money hungry!!! My kids, my kids father & I have been attending here for nearly 8 years I recently stopped maybe 4 months ago, I reached out to Denise Johnson as well as Bishop Johnson on Several occasions for therapy about the turmoil I have been dealing with in my household with my spouse they haven’t PUSHED us for therapy or pushed us for marriage the ENTIRE time we attended this place, I was living a life of sin they accepted thousands of dollars from me knowing the struggles and life I was living for their “new building” that still hasn’t manifested. Denise has also called me on several occasions asking me for money/donations for their building after I gave a huge donation from my heart the first time, but she never prayed or worked or helped towards pronouncing the blood of Jesus over my house and my family and kids, I went crying several times to her about my situation and having 3 kids by this man I was with for 10 years I begged pleaded they never helped just always turned it into a situation for their self gain. This church has ruined my family but thankfully I didn’t loose my faith in God. I pray God touch the heart of all the members of this center. Be careful. I love this church. I feel that they are super sincere in their worship and committed to the cause. God bless this ministry. I pray they expand and grow to become a staple in the community and the city at large I joined Newlife Worship Center 6 years ago and truly my life has NEVER been the same ! I came in, not really knowing what to expect because I'd only been to church for funerals. When I left, I left filled with so much excitement, the experience of encountering the presence of God, the love of God and a hunger to know him more. New life is a teaching ministry, and that's what I needed, I needed to be taught. They taught me how to seek God and get to know him personally for myself. I thank God for my church and my Passionate Leaders, Bishop Eric Johnson & First Lady Denise Johnson. They are truly great leaders after the heart of God, wanting to see God's children fulfill their purpose in him. Because of this ministry, I divorced my past and married my future and I'm determined to never go back ! I love New Life Worship Center December will make 3years that I have been going to this church. Since being at New Life Worship Center I been totally set free from drugs,clubbing and sleeping around with different men.Bishop Johnson and First Lady Denise Johnson are awesome spiritual leaders they break the Bible down so you can have a understanding so you can grow in God. If you ever walk through them doors that's exactly what you will receive a new life.. I thank the lord for placing me in a ministry where I can grow and learn how to pray and read the Bible and do daily devotions and build my personal relationship with God. New Life Worship Center is definitely a place where God is glorified and the people of God is edified and the Devil is terrified. My family and I attended New Life for the first time on New Years Eve. Service started at 9:30p and concluded at midnight. One word: Phenomenal! The pastor spoke a powerful, moving word for 2020, the year of vision, clarity and living in your divine purpose. I was changed after that service and now I’m ready to allow the Lord to work through me. I must also add that the congregation is filled with young, talented members with voices that will give you chills, and words that will bring tears of joy to your eyes. I definitely felt the presence of the Lord in the place. Thanks Google for helping me find this church. We will be back!
