What visitors say

During Mardi Gras, I was met with rude people working the bathroom line. As a Church centered around Christ, I thought there would be pleasant people but wasn’t met with kindness and compassion. If I were you, please bring your worship elsewhere to feel seen and included, as this church did not do the same for me. I love the stained glass windows in this church so much that I made a painting. The choir, organ, and priest are also wonderful! Amen! Beautiful episcopal cathedral from the late 1800s. I'm glad that my family and I attended this church. We were traveling in New Orleans, and our plans got changed. We didn't know what to do that Sunday, so we looked around for a church. Even though we aren't in the same denomination and didn't know how things worked during service, they were very welcoming and helped us figure out our troubles with the day. If anyone is wondering if their greetings were fake, I will be the one to say that that's not true. Very good people in that church. This church is lovely. There are so many beautiful arches and stained glass. It was very peaceful.
