What visitors say

Wonderfully kind people! I came for a service on Ash Wednesday, and even though it was my first experience with this church, everybody was incredibly loving and friendly. The service was great, open communion, blessings, prayer and song. The atmosphere was beautiful, I could really feel the love and the true spirit within these people. Amazing experience! It's a small community, yet their passion and hope is strong. Great people, great church, and above all a great message to all children of God: a message of acceptance and peace. Wonderful!! I have attended many different churches and denominations. Everyone wants to find a place where they can feel wanted and valued. M.C.C. New Orleans is a place where you will be welcomed. Although it's a small church there are some people with big hearts. Rev. Allison Rowland's smile and open personality goes along way to make you feel and know you are welcomed I was there to see the Reverend William Barber of the Poor People's Campaign.A powerful speaker a powerful movement. Wonderful accepting loving congregation! Very warm and welcoming.
